Game Asset BreakdownCommunication Meltdown
(MonsterVault Entertainment) I started off by modeling the bar in 3Ds Max. The bar was modeled so the mirrors would be reflective and the lights on the island would turn on. I then textured the bar in Substance Painter. I used Photoshop to create the MonsterVault Entertainment logo and made it black and white so I could turn it into an alpha brush in Substance Painter After exporting the textures, I was able to give the asset to the designer on the team so he could add it to the level. Unity Environment BreakdownPersonal Dining Room Environment
I created all of my assets using 3Ds Max, Substance Designer and Substance Painter. I used Photoshop to create the flowers for the vase as well. After everything was modeled and the textures were exported, I brought everything into Unity and started placing items. I set up a table for two and turned the chairs outward so it seemed lived in. I added a simple fire particle effect. This was done by starting with a basic particle, changing the sliders, and adding my own image of a flame. The flame multiplied and I edited it to create the finished product. Software Used:

(Infinitive Game Studios) I made modular building pieces in 3Ds Max so that I could make a building as small or big as I wanted in the environment. I then brought it to Substance Painter to create the fine details and comic book style. Software used:

Substance Designer
I used Substance designer to create my own materials for a few levels, though my Ice Cavern is primarily showcased here.
The textures were brought into Substance Painter to bring my models to life. All of this was then put into the Unreal Engine to create an icey environment. Software used:
